1930's Halloween Flashy the Pup Child Halloween Costume-- Rare and Hard to Find

This 1930's Halloween Flashy the Pup Child Halloween Costume-- Rare and Hard to Find is very hard to find and has been in my personal Vintage and Antique Halloween Collection for over 40 years.  This is a very unique costume and I have never seen another one like this.  There is no maker's name.  It is in good condition for its age but there are some stains and black marks as seen in the pictures.  I think oxy-clean will remove them but I leave that decision to the next owner.  It measures 54 inches tall; 18 inches wide;  measures 44 inches from arm to arm width.
